BULKING SEASON

Bears do it for hibernation. Eskimos did it to survive. Bodybuilders do it for gains. We’re doing it while at home!

Bulking season is defined as ‘an intentional season of high caloric-intake and intense weight-training.’ The goal is to become stronger and simply put, BIGGER.

To bulk, you need to (1) eat as much as possible, and (2) lift consistently and with intensity. Spiritually speaking, we have an amazing opportunity to ‘bulk’ up right now. A lot of us don’t get enough intake to grow spiritually. But right now, and over breaks in general, we have a ton of time!

Whether you’ve read your Bible a few times or a few hundred - we all need to increase our intake of the Bible to push your our spiritual potential. This reading plan is designed to help you bulk up!

Here’s a couple tips as you begin the ‘Bulking Season’

  1. Pray and ask God to use this time to change your life.

  2. Write the date and verse in a notebook. Then read the passage.

  3. What sticks out to you? Write down 3-5 things. If confusing, ask God to help you understand

  4. Ask “What does God want my life to look like as a result of this verse?”

  5. Write down any main thought(s) you want to remember.

  6. Pray and thank God for what you read and ask Him to help you become or do the things you read about
